Massage Training Institute - (MTI)

The Massage Training Institute specialises in the teaching, examination and practice of holistic massage in the UK. It is a tripartite organisation: a federation of training centres, an examining body and a practitioner association. MTI accredits training schools offering practitioner level courses leading to the MTI Diploma in Holistic Massage. MTI accreditation is the gold standard for holistic massage training in the UK.

Training is thorough and of a supreme quality, leading to a nationally recognised qualification. MTI-trained practitioners are highly regarded for the quality of their treatments, their breadth of knowledge and their excellence in client care.

A true holistic massage is unique, following no fixed routine and focussing on the client's needs. MTI practitioners are trained to use a wide range of massage skills, from deep tissue work to gentle yet powerful massage techniques. It is because of this range that MTI practitioners are able to tailor the massage to the client.
